Senior Vapor Intrusion Practice Leader, Patrick Lowery, Brings Brownfield Expertise to Clean Vapor

Patrick Lowery, P.G., joins Clean Vapor as a Senior Brownfields and Vapor Intrusion Consultant. He has over 20 years of experience in the performance and management of geological and environmental services. As a Professional Geologist since 2007, he has a deep body of work, including the performance of geological studies, environmental investigations for wetlands, environmental site assessments for soil and groundwater contamination, and remediation of soil and groundwater contaminants. 

“I’m excited to join the Clean Vapor team and support projects and clients and continue to build relationships within the industry,” says Lowery. “I have consulted on several projects with the Clean Vapor team, and I know firsthand the standard of work and professionalism they bring to the industry. I look forward to this new opportunity to continue Clean Vapor’s growth throughout the Southeast.” 

Patrick is known as a serious Project Manager who takes on responsibility and facilitates timely regulatory compliance and project closure. Patrick will work closely with Clean Vapor Engineering, a Professional Services Corporation supporting Clean Vapor’s VI Design Build Practice. He has previously served as the Environmental Services Director and Vapor Intrusion Practice Leader for well-known Southeastern environmental/construction engineering firms. 

Patrick has focused on the redevelopment and successful mitigation of Brownfields for projects throughout the Southeast over the last few years. He is also actively involved in helping establish regulatory guidelines for vapor intrusion mitigation, design criteria, and installation with regulatory bodies in the region.

Patrick graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Geology and is currently a Registered Professional Geologist in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Before joining Clean Vapor, Patrick developed his 20-plus-year career through various positions in the environmental industry, including serving as a staff geologist, operations manager, chief technical officer, senior environmental manager, and Brownfields coordinator.
