Welcome Director of Aerospace and Defense Programs, Ryan Hatton

Clean Vapor welcomes Ryan Hatton, as the Director of Aerospace and Defense Programs. Prior to joining Clean Vapor, Ryan spent six-years with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) working as an Aerospace Program Manager for both the Directorate of Science and Technology (DS&T) and the Directorate of Operations (DO).    

Ryan began his career as a Technical Intelligence Officer (TIO) at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)/Advanced Systems & Technology Directorate (AS&T).  His responsibilities included program management for small-satellite technical demonstrators and strategy development for NRO R&D roadmaps.  Ryan served as Acting Branch Chief for Activities Based Intelligence (ABI) Frameworks, leading a team in developing an intelligence analytics suite.

Ryan also served three years in the CIA/DO’s Special Activities Center (SAC) leading teams in acquisitions, technology maturation, integration, testing, and CONOPs development.  

Ryan is an Executive MBA candidate at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and holds an B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.  

Ryan will add value to Clean Vapor’s clients through insightful program management, technology advancement, and growth.
